Under request we organize Cooking Courses of Typical Ligurian Food.
Each course takes about 4 hours, including cooking and tasting.
The courses can be for a maximum of 3 people so that everyone can practice and develop arguments with questions.
Courses can be made in English or French languages.
*The basic course is aimed at people who can not yet prepare pizzas, focaccia, pasta first and doughs for vegetable pies and cheese focaccia. The recipes are typical of Liguria.
- Individual course: 100 € per person.
Group course: for 2 persons: 130 €
for 3 persons: 150 €
Prices are excluding wines and drinks.
The prices include the cooking and the next tasting.
- Relatives and friends may join us for the final tasting at the price of 10 € per person (wine and soft drinks excluded).
*The First Level course is for people that know what is in the basic course.
In this course people can learn to prepare Noudles, gnocchi di patate, vegetable pies and ligurian cakes.
*The Second Level course is about meats and soupes.
The prices of this course are:
- Individual course: 120 € per person.
Group course: for 2 people: 150€
for 3 people: 170€.
